Who are our craftsmen?
He is a relatively young entrepreneur who has already gained experience in value creation and exits within the sector. He brings with him deep knowledge of the Gem’s market and a network of industry contacts to accelerate the go-to-market process. He is the future CEO of the Gem, co-opted by the Venture Builder Champion, and either brings or selects the key members of the future team.
Role
Project leader alongside the Champion during the Budding phase.
Led the Maturation phase with the Champion.
Team builder at spin-off.
Future CEO of the new venture ("Gem").
New Venture Partner upon the Gem's exit.
Criteria
Same requirements as Venture Partners, potentially even stronger!
Sales-driven
Experience in exits/value creation.
Deep knowledge and connections in the Gem’s target market.
